Introduction  

Peter Thomas Bowyer brings over two decades of holistic horticultural education and experience to his specialties in design-build, naturalistic landscapes and the aesthetic pruning of woody plants. 

Philosophy  

Peter regards the shaping of earth, water and plants as equally important in the larger scheme, and to creating beauty in detail.  His inspirations range from natural landscapes to cultural ones.   Ecological and artistic, he also enjoys flamboyant modernism, whimsical topiary, and other playful stuff.

Collaborating.JPG (268663 bytes)Peter has been working in horticulture since 1981.  He has enjoyed collaborating with organizations, government, citizens, property owners and other tradespersons on projects large & small.    He has additional experience in writing and editing, home remodeling and agriculture.  A native English speaker, he also speaks Spanish well and Japanese poorly.  He continues to educate himself and add new skills.  As a result, he holds 6 certificates in various fields of horticulture in addition to a University degree.
